Solar Network International’s B2B “Solar Energy Summits” now extend from Ontario to Hawaii!
The B2B network model established by Solar Network International in Ontario, Canada is now expanding into the United States’ top solar markets. Solar Network began in Ontario -currently North America’s most active solar PV market. Since its founding in March 2010, Ontario Solar Network’s B2B events have drawn over 1,000 participants – executives from the solar industry, ancillary professional services, the utility sector, EPC firms, entrepreneurs and government.
Pivotal to Solar Network’s early success in Ontario were the one-day summits, convened 6 months apart. These summits were specially designed to help tackle regionally-specific business development issues and – with ample time for B2B networking – to facilitate new business relationships.
Now, the next Solar Energy Summit held in Toronto, Ontario will be followed in 2012 by new summits in the top 10 emerging solar markets of the United States. Summits are being planned for each state /province twice-annually, with the same format, but new topics. Two events every year held in each of the top 10 markets.
Get to know the local issues. Connect with the region’s key leaders.
Dates, speakers and sponsors will be announced in early 2012.
Solar Network’s 10 US regional summits will address the most pressing business, technical, and political challenges affecting each state, as the country moves forward with this unprecedented expansion, and does so during an election year in which energy issues and job creation will be central.
